The industry community plays an important role in providing opportunities for conference attendees to sample and explore the latest technical developments and initiatives related to Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference.  Below you will find all available sponsorships for MESC 2018.

Meals and Breaks (Food and Beverage Included):

  • Continental Breakfast served in either Hall A (Monday), or in the Exhibit Hall (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) – $7,500 per day
  • Buffet Lunch served in Hall A (Wednesday, or Thursday) – $8,000 per day
  • Session Breaks in the Exhibit Hall (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning), and outside Hall A (Thursday Afternoon) – $7,500 per day
  • Session Breaks outside the Oregon Ballroom (Monday Afternoon) – NOTE: Monday only contains two (2) 15-minute breaks – $2,500 per day

With every Meal and/or Break Sponsorship:

  • Signage on the Food and Beverage Stations
  • Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship during the meal

Wednesday Poster Session Reception (6 Food and 4 Beverage Stations Available – $2,500 each):

  • Acknowledgement of your organization’s sponsorship during the Poster Session 
  • Signage on the food and beverage stations

Payment and Refunds:

Requests will be held for fourteen (14) calendar days upon receipt of the completed request form. An invoice will be sent to the main contact listed on the form. Payment must be received by the invoiced date due and will serve as confirmation of your booth(s), demo room, and/or sponsorship request.

All sponsorship and booth rental fees are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE.
